An escrow is an arrangement on which a neutral third party, called an escrow holder, holds legal documentation and funds on behalf of a buyer and seller. the escrow agent works closely with you, your realtor and lender to assure that the sale conditions are compiled within the time period called for in the agreement.

After all parties have complied with their agreed terms, the escrow agent will then distribute the funds according to the buyer and seller agreement prepared by us.

Both the Buyer and the seller rely on the escrow holder to carry out faithfully the instructions on the escrow agreement.

Duty of the Escrow Agent.

In order to provide greater security for your monies we guarantee the use of certified Attorneys in Belize to carry out the escrow services.

Escrow holders must notify both parties if the instructions given are not mutually consistent or cannot be carried out.
